Ramping up shipments

The floodgates are wide open

Shipping continues without a hitch. So far we've shipped a bit over 8,000 devices, roughly 40 percent of all pre-orders. We're on track to complete all October pre-orders today and we'll see pre-orders from November starting to ship tomorrow.

What’s new?

This week, we pushed our first over-the-air (OTA) software update to our fleet of Go’s. OTA updates give us the benefit of making improvements to Go without bothering you with notifications or a manual download. We'll continuously push small updates to your device to make it better, so be sure to restart your Karma Go every once in a while to make sure you are running the latest version. When we launch bigger features in the future, we'll let you know.

This most recent update fixes minor connection issues we’ve seen in our systems. We also added support to roll out Auto Sleep in the coming weeks.

We’ve published a series of short tutorial videos for you on how all the aspects of Karma work, from charging to sharing. If you have a specific request, we want to hear about it. Drop us a line in the comments.

What’s next?

Now that we're at the 1,000-per-day rate we’ve been aiming for, we still expect to fulfill all pre-orders 2-3 weeks from now. We’ll keep pushing, so you can share what you’re up to with your new Go. Like this hidden gem of the Karma Go design:

Looking forward to getting Go into even more pockets—see you next week.
