Everyone from our last batch of Karma Go’s now has their device in hand, which means we’ve been hearing lots of feedback and seeing your photos all over social media. Keep it coming—we want to know all about the onboarding process so we can keep on iterating and improving.

For those of you still waiting, thanks for being so patient. We’ve got good news. We’ll be shipping out the next batch next week, and with that batch, we’ll be able to fulfill the rest of our outstanding orders. By the end of this month, we’ll be caught up on orders from the end of August, all of September, and all of October so far. And that feels great.

This has been a longer-than-expected wait for anyone who ordered in the last 6 weeks, and I want to apologize for the delay. From everything we’ve heard so far, it’s a product worth waiting for. Thanks again for hanging in there while we get this last batch out the door.

We’re almost at the end of this long pre-order phase of Karma Go. Next week is going to be big. We’re glad to have you here for the ride. See you then.
