At Karma we strive for perfection. We planned to get Karma Go in your hands before the holidays, and pushed hard to make it happen. We also want to make sure we get Karma Go 100% right before we ship it. After reviewing the latest prototype, I know we’re very close, but not there yet.

For that reason, we’ve decided to start shipping in early 2015, instead of December like we originally planned. We’ll update you with a specific ship date within the next 2-3 weeks.

The software is ready, the hardware is ready, and the internal chipset has gone through the most difficult rounds of certification. So what’s the hold up? Because the hardware and software were necessarily built separately, we now need to make sure they work with each other. We want to build a product that works perfectly out of the box for years to come, and we’re confident that we'll be able to finalize everything soon. We’re over all the major hurdles in making a new hardware product, and can see the finish line.

I want to say, on a personal note, how much I appreciate your trust in us to make your hotspot. Mobile internet is a very personal product, and it has to work every time. We take that very seriously, and we think Karma Go is going to be amazing. Thank you for your patience and your support.

All my best,

Steven van Wel
